I posted these on Instagram last week and wanted to post here so you can easily save. These have been super popular! I’ve loved seeing all of your posts tagging me in it. Keep them coming! It makes my day to see and hear about you making these recipes.

Recipe:

in a bowl of a stand mixer, cream 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, and a stick of softened butter. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla and two eggs and mix until smooth. Meanwhile combine 2 1/4 cup flour with 1tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually add flour mixture to the sugar mixture until it forms a dough. Add 1 cup mini marshmallows and 2 cups chocolate chips (don’t be stingy on your chocolate, get the good stuff! I like ghirardelli’s) and stir to combine. Place in 1T balls on an Ungreased cookie sheet. Preheat your oven to 350, and while it preheats put the cookie sheet in the fridge to set. Bake about 11-12 minutes.
